We receive our operating monies from grants and interested people like you. Our governing Presidium oversees every aspect of fund-raising projects and the fund distribution process to ensure donations are invested in programs where most needed.

ALLOCATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS

• Unless otherwise specifically designated, all contributions are distributed to serve those areas of greatest need, such as:
  sustaining our annual human rights teaching courses to prepare qualified HR teachers, specialists for educational Armenian establishments
  
• continuing the dissemination of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law (IHL) ideas through conferences, seminars and meetings
  
• organizing human rights Olympiads
  
• expanding and enriching the Human Rights Library in Vanadzor and satellite libraries by purchasing reference materials
  
• reconstructing an existing building dedicated to the Vanadzor Human Rights Higher School
  
• publishing and distributing our free bulletin For the Sake of Justice
  
• providing free legal advice to all citizens seeking knowledge regarding their human rights
  
• supporting schools that teach Human Rights
  
• providing Human Rights educators and library patrons with Freenet Internet service
  
• supplementing office and library operating expenses
