General information

Born in Moscow, 1955 (father-Russian, mother- Armenian ). I have been living in Yerevan since 1959.

Married, have a son.

I had business trips to Hungary, Benin, countries of UIC.

Education

Higher education. Candidate of Economics (Management, Staff Management), Ph.D

In 1977 I graduated from the Yerevan Engineering Institute with the qualification of an engineer-electromecanic in the sphere of automatization and mechanization of producting process.

In 1991 post graduate at the Chair of Management of Social – Economic Issues, Academiy of Management under the auspise of the President of Russian Federation. I maintained a thesis, with the theme: "Formation of Republic Managers Regular Potention to Marketing Relations (for exaple Armenians)"

In 1987 I was elected as a vice chairman of Republic center STRCY (Scientific – Tecnical Rescarch Center of Youth).
I was been member of the jury of awarding Komsomol Lenin Premium in the sphere of youth scientific and scientific-technological investigation.
1986 – 1988 I was been the lecturer at Komsomol High School (Management in Kommunisti Parti organization).
In 1987, I was been the initiator and organizer of first "Children computer center" in Yerevan.

From June of 2001 to June 2002, I am the head of the theme N006611 LAF (OSI-AF), Elaboration of academic program "Management of culture and art".

From July of 2001 I am the manager of grant IATP (IREX) N IATP 2001 – AM –16, elaboration in electronic forms of educational courses "Marketing And Advertisement Management" and "Electronic Commersion" . The data of finishing the work is November of 2001.

In 1999-2000 I learned the whole program of Internet, the technology limited in IATP.

In 2000 I held training lessons of ACCELS program with teachers of Internet in schools in Artik and Tashir , with the subject of information and Internet technology in medium educational system.

Since 1999 I have been taking part in international and regional school-seminars , concerning the development of informational technology and electronic business in Armenia.

From 1989 I using PC. I know Word, Excel, PhotoShop programs.

From 1995 I using E-mail and Internet.

Languages

I know Russian and Armenian freely, Georgian, English (oral). In 2001 finished advenced courses of learning English in educational center "Eva"

Chess, historical literatures, history of Trancaucausian delicatessen and wine-making.
