In this monograph clinical manifestations, functional interrelations, some aspects of pathogenetic treatment of visceropathies and endocrinopathies at diabetes mellitus are considered. It is demonstrated that insufficiency of the insular apparatus causes pathologic shifts in functioning of stomach, liver, pancreas, intestines, kidneys and other internal organs, as well as gives rise to changes in endocrine and immunologic homeostasis.
