Adopted by the National Assembly
of the Republic of Armenia
April 29, 1996

Article 1. After the words "If the payment of tax or duty" add to the Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Taxes and Duties in the Republic of Armenia" the words "(except custom duties)".

Article 2. From the last part of the Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Custom Tariff" exclude the words "if otherwise is not defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 3. This Law enters into force from the date of publication.
