The periodical was registered by the order N1271 of the Ministry of Justice  RA (29.12.1998).
The state registration certificate N 904.
It is published since 1999.

The founders:
1) The Ministry  of the education and science RA,
2) The Armenian association " Pedagogical Institute",
3) The Academy of pedagogical and sociology science (Moscow).

The periodical is four  times a year in Russian. The scope of the periodical is four printer's sheet.

"Rusky yazik v Armenii" is a research periodical of methodic. Chief edition is the Academician of the MAPSS, professor of the Periodical science B. M. Yesaganyan.
The responsible secretary is A. M. Amirkhanyan. (P. H. D. in Philology)
