QI* РЕЙТИНГ ВИРТУАЛЬНОГО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО КАПИТАЛА ЭЛЕКТРОННЫХ ПРЕДСТАВИТЕЛЬСТВ ПРАВОВЫХ РЕСУРСОВ АРМЕНИИ (10.05.2018-15.02.2007)
Из рассмотренных 61 электронных представительств правовых ресурсов Армении в первую тройку рейтинга входят сайты: Армянская правовая информационная система (ARLIS) (QI=1.00), Национальное Собрание РА (QI=1.00), Правительство РА (QI=0.88).
В первую десятку вошли также сайты: Правовая система Армении (IRTEK), Президент РА, Конституционный Суд, Всеармянская конференция юристов, Центр конституционного права, Права человека в Армении, Служба принудительного исполнения судебных актов.
Замыкают рейтинговую таблицу сайты: Legal Allinace, Against Violation of Law, Armenian Law Review (AUA).
Среди 16 веб сайтов судов общей юрисдикции на первом месте сайт Суда общей юрисдикции общин Эребуни и Нубарашен (24 место), а на последнем - сайт Суда общей юрисдикции регионов Арарат и Вайоц Дзор (45 место).
По сравнению с рейтингом на 10.11.2017г. среднее значение обобщенного индекса виртуального интеллектуального капитала с 0.08 поднялось до 0.11.
Из 61 электронных представительств правовых ресурсов Армении только 8 имеют QI выше среднего значения (0.11).
