QI* РЕЙТИНГ ВИРТУАЛЬНОГО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО КАПИТАЛА ЭЛЕКТРОННЫХ ПРЕДСТАВИТЕЛЬСТВ МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫХ ПРАВОВЫХ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЙ (12.05.2018-30.05.2004)

Из 29 электронных представительств международных правовых организаций в первую тройку рейтинга входят сайты: Law Library of Congress (QI=1.18), Consultative Council of European Judges (QI=1.00), Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (QI=0.4).

В первую десятку вошли также сайты: International Labour Organization, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Court of Justice of the European Communities, United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, Venice Commission Council of Europe, Institute for European Constitutional Law, Hague Conference on Private International Law.

Наибольший прогресс по сравнению с рейтингом 12.11.2017г. наблюдается у сайта United Nations Commission on International Trade Law - с 14-го на 7-е место (7↑).

Наибольший регресс у сайтов Exrtraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia - с 3-го места на 16-е (13↓), International Institute for the Unification of Private Law - с 10-го места на 22-е (12↓).

Значение обобщенного индекса виртуального интеллектуального капитала с 0.19 опустилось до 0.12.
